Revocation policy

Consumers have the right to revoke within 14 days.

Right of revocation
You are granted the right to revoke this contract without giving reasons within 14 days. Revocation period is fourteen days from day of contract conclusion.

To execute your right of revocation, you have to inform us (Dirk Weippert, Oberer Zollweg 33, 97688 Bad Kissingen, Deutschland, info@EInkstation.de, Telefon: 0049 (0) 151 1898 1833) by means of clear statement (i.e. mail or E-Mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with revocation period, it is sufficient to send the information about excecution of your right to revoke before the end of revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional cost resulting from selection of a delivery type deviating from the standard delivery type offered by us) without delay and latest within 14 days from the day we have received information about your revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment type that was used with the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case fees will be charged to you due to the reimbursement.

For a contract about delivery of digital content which is not on a physical data carrier, the revocation right ceases to exist even if we have commenced execution of the contract after you have expressly confirmed that we can start to commence the execution of the contract before end of revocation period and confirmed your awareness that due to your consent you loose the right to revoke the contract as soon as execution of contract starts.
