With every visit of our website the webserver will automatically only save a so called server-Logfile, which contains i.e. the name of the file requested, your IP address, date and time of retrieval, data size transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval.

These access data is analyzed solely for the purpose of securing trouble-free operation of the site as well as improvement of our offer and according to Article 6 section. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR (European general data protection regulation) in the context of weighing of interests safeguarding our legitimate interest for a correct representation of our offer. All access data is deleted latest seven days after your visit of the site.

Hosting services by subcontractor
In the context of processing on our behalf, a third party provider delivers services for hosting and presentation of the website. All data collected as described below in the context of using this website or forms intended for this purpose in the online-shop are stored on their servers. Processing on different servers is only carried out within the described framework.

The provider is located in the european union or in the european economic area.

2. Data collection and -processing for contract execution and establishing contact

We collect personal data if you disclose them within the context of an order or establishing contact with us (e.g. per contact form or via e-Mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such because the data is mandatory for contract execution or to process your contact request and without disclosing them the order can not be completed or contact information can not be sent. Which data is collected can be seen in the corresponding data entry forms.

We process the data disclosed by you in accordance with Article 6 section 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR (european general data protection regulation) for contract execution and for processing your requests. 3. Data transfer

In order to fulfill the contract according to article 6 section 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR (european general data protection regulation) we transfer your data to the delivery company to which we entrust the delivery of the goods if necessary for delivery of ordered goods. Based on your selection of payment provider during the order process, we transfer payment data collected for the processing of payments to the authorized bank and where applicable payment providers comissioned by us. To some extent the selected payment providers collect data on their own insofar you establish an account with them. In this case, you have to sign on at the payment provider with your access data during the order process. In this respect, the data privacy policy of the payment provider applies.
